University Challenge Cup

The 2016 University Challenge Cup begins today on Monday, Dec. 28, 2015 in Calgary, Alta. All games are being played at Canada Olympic Park’s Markin MacPhail Arena A. Finals for the University Challenge Cup take place on Friday, Jan. 1, 2016

Teams from Universities across Canada are competing in this tournament. The teams participating are the University of Calgary Dinos, University of Northern Alberta, University of Lethbridge Pronghorns, Dalhousie University Tigers, Carleton University Ravens University of Western Ontario Mustangs, and the University of Ottawa GG’s.

Games start on Tuesday, Dec. 29, 2015 at 8a.m. and finish on Friday, Jan. 1, 2016 at 1:45p.m.

8a.m.- Dalhousie vs. Western Ontario

9:30a.m.- Carleton vs. Dinos

11a.m.- Lethbridge vs. Northern Alberta

12:30p.m.- Western Ontario vs. Ottawa

3p.m.- Northern Alberta vs. Carleton

4:30p.m.- Dinos vs. Lethbridge

6p.m.- Ottawa vs. Dalhousie

There’s going to be some amazing ringette played during the four days of games being played. It’s going to be an amazing chance to watch some out of town and out of province teams play.
