For this weeks photo challenge I chose fireworks because of having more than one opportunity to take some photos with the Calgary Stampede having them every night. The first night it was a bit cloudy, so the pictures had clouds in the background, but when I went another time it was a clear sky and the pictures turned out better.

I went to Moraine Lake the other day and while on the way back I stopped into a spot in Lake Louise that I found in May. Ring Around the Clock is a 24 hour ringette game being held to raise money for the scholarship in memory of Meghan Bomford. The game is being held at the Don Hartman NE Sportsplex. It started at 12:45p.m. today Saturday, July. 8, 2017 and goes until 12:45p.m. tomorrow Sunday, July. 9, 2017. Throughout the 24 hours of ringette there’s going to be entertainment, food, prizes, and music. There’s some live entertainment on Saturday. For this weeks photo challenge I chose the challenge after taking some photos. On Saturday I went out to the Canada Day fireworks and while I was waiting for the show to start I was taking photos throughout the wait and I really liked this one showing the cityscape with the sunset.
